The 11^th Congressional District includes parts of Alameda, Contra Costa, San Joaquin, and Santa Clara Counties..  The district is geographically diverse and includes cities, small towns, rich agricultural land, business centers, a major shipping port, a military distribution depot, and a U.S. Army Reserve training area, among many other local points of interest. 

In San Joaquin County, the 11^th Congressional District includes all or parts of Clements, Escalon, Linden, Lockeford, Lodi, Manteca, Mountain House, Ripon, Stockton, Tracy, and Woodbridge.   In Contra Costa County, the district encompasses Danville, Discovery Bay, Byron and most of San Ramon and Brentwood.  In Alameda County, the 11^th Congressional District covers Dublin and most of Pleasanton and then reaches down to the community of Morgan Hill in Santa Clara County.
